REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions
At Powerpod, we stand behind our product! That's why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a Powerpod customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
1.1. In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Powerpod Support at support@powerpod.net within 14 days of taking delivery of their Powerpod Product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of Powerpod staff in order to facilitate a refund.
1.2. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's Order. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
1.3. The 14 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Powerpod product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
1.4. The Powerpod product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions.
1.5. Returned products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and in re-saleable condition.
1.6. To return your product, you should mail your product to the Reply Paid address provided in our response to your email.
1.7. After receiving the returned Powerpod Products, Powerpod will issue a refund (as specified here) as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Powerpod accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
1.8. Powerpod reserves the right to make changes to these 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
2. 12-month Warranty Terms & Conditions
12-month Warranty Terms & Conditions
Powerpod warrants your product to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product.
1.1 Product failures not covered by this warranty
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lightning or power surge damage, extreme heat or cold, and corrosive environments. The warranty also does not cover the normal wear and tear on covers, cases, housing, connectors, and accessories.
1.2 Limits of liability
If these products fail or do not perform as warranted, the sole recourse shall be to repair or replace the product as described above. We will not be liable for any damages that result from the failure of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product.
Express or implied warranties are disclaimed. IN NO EVENT WILL POWERPOD BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, NOT TO EXCEED THE CURRENT LIST PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Powerpod specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, and the user shall deem the use of this product an acceptance of these terms.
1.3 How to obtain service under this warranty
Please email support@powerpod.net with a brief description of the issue.
Once a Technical Support Engineer verifies you have a hardware problem that requires you to return your product, you will be provided with an instructions for returning the product including our REPLY PAID address which allows Powerpod to pay the cost of your postage.
Please either use the original packing or pack the unit securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Powerpod will also pay the return shipping costs for products under warranty.
